Let me please start by saying this: I do not believe that all persons within the religious system called by men Christianity are bad or evil persons. I know for a fact that there are many many really decent people within it. Yet, this “decency” is not owned only by those within the Christian religious system, it is seen in all of the religious systems on the planet. Yet, there are the indecent in all of them as well.
At the same time (and I call it as I see it), the Gentile powers have long taken the lead in misleading and deceiving the world with regard to The Most High God and the teachings of His Messiah. These Gentile powers are descendants of Noah’s eldest son, Japheth; the European powers and those who sprang from them.
The religious elements within these Gentile nations – in particular, what is called Christianity – has been the primary tool used to mislead the world concerning Christ’s teachings. Not only have they used violence to hunt, conquer, and convert people to their religion, they have made the invisible God, all of His angelic hosts, Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses, Jesus and a host of others one reads about in Scripture in their likeness; the likeness of the European.
The religious system called Christianity teaches White Supremacy by its arrogant, blatant and insistent portrayal of God, Christ, Angels, and others in film, art, and literature in the likeness of the European. It pushes these false images upon the world and the result it creates is what I call a fear of men; a fear of the White man.
Before some of you start yelling “This sounds racist,” let me correct your thinking. Why would one NOT want these things mentioned? As an African American, my children and grandchildren see these false portrayals of God, Jesus, Angels, Adam and Eve and others as being White. Those of you of European descent, this presents no problem for your children. Would it present a problem if God and Christ, Adam and Eve and other were portrayed in the likeness of Ham (African descent)? Would YOU have images of a Black Jesus, Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses, Angels and other hanging on the walls in your home, appearing in the literature YOU and YOUR children read, in the movies you and your children watch? How can anyone be so comfortable with the other races within the human family subscribing to a White man’s conception of God, Christ, and the universe? Why do they make others appear as if they do not know what they are talking about when they challenge this twisted mentality?
A true lover of God and Christ would see the wrong in all of this. They would fully understand why God commanded that no image or a form like anything that is in the heavens above or that is on the earth underneath or that is in the waters under the earth. (Exodus 20:4) Images are dangerous. Yet, what has occurred today by ALL of Christianity (Christendom) is that they have NOT obeyed God, they HAVE produced images of things in the heavens above (God, Christ, and Angels); produced images of things on the earth (Adam, Eve, the Son of Man, etc); and produced images of things in the waters under the earth. What is called by men – Christianity – does not listen to God or His Christ; though it claims it does.
If a religious system arrogantly and defiantly stands up and portray to the world God, Christ, Adam, Eve, Moses, Noah, Angels and others – and portray them in the likeness of the European – that system is false and not of God. I have stated in other articles I have written that it would be wrong and defiant to portray these persons in the likeness of ANY race among mankind.
That Christianity is a “European conception,” it shines a false light upon the other races in the human family attracted to that light. That false light makes it appear that God, Christ, and the heavenly host are somehow European-like. This visible “European” portrayal of God, Christ, and the heavenly realm is a direct violation of the way God wants people to come to him. Notice what Jesus says about this at John 4:23-24:
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.
Did you see that? The Most High God wants persons to worship Him in Spirit and truth; such are the kinds of the person the Father seeks.
Notice that Jesus says that God is spirit. What does that mean? I let 1 Timothy 1:17 answer:
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
That God – who is spirit – is invisible. Therefore, God must be worshiped as One who is invisible and not via visible images such as crucifixes, organizations, the portrayal of Him in art, film, and literature in the likeness of humans. Not only that it takes an act of faith to worship someone that cannot be seen. If God is worshiped via visible means, then one displays a lack of faith. If one needs to see portrayals of God, Christ, Angels, Adam, Eve, etc in the likeness of humans, then this, too, is a display of a lack of faith. Hebrews 11:1 defines for us what faith is:
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Sadly today, the confidence is in that which is visible; and the entire world claiming to be followers of Christ has been conditioned to visualize and worship God through visible things; these things being organizations, portrayals of the Christ as being a man, and a book called the Bible. The entire world of Christianity has become faithless and idolatrous – and it doesn’t even know it.
Bad Teachers, Bad Parents
How students and children turn out – good or bad – is a direct result of those teaching them. I know a man whose parents taught him that the non-White peoples of the world are inferior. He really believes this; yet, he claims to be a follower of Christ. I know a woman who was taught and insists that Jesus was a White man. Since she was a child these were the images portraying him that surrounded her circle of life. She too proclaims Jesus as her Lord.
Each year during the Christmas season, one sees this portrayal of God’s son, Angels, Mary and Joseph falsely portrayed in this manner. Even in the non-White communities and nations, we see persons deifying these European portrayals. I live in an African country – conquered, settled, and converted – by a European power where African people parade down the street in celebration of Christmas, Easter or other Saintly holidays and the images hoisted high on the banners they carry are of White people.
In the land of my birth – United States – I see people of color adopting a European festival of Christmas and dressing themselves up like Santa Claus. All of this is the result of bad and misguided teaching about God and Christ.
I know – and many of you who are of European descent know this too – no White person will accept the portrayal of God, Christ, Angels, Adam and Eve, Joseph and Mary, etc as being Black. If the entire portrayal was reversed, it would not be accepted. And, if it were, it too, would be a wrong portrayal. But I say this because those perpetrating this terrible portrayal are OK with it. They even teach it.
Myself being involved in the Church since I was seven years old and later in life as a Jehovah’s Witness for more than 25 years have seen this first hand. As a Jehovah’s Witness, I have seen (and still see) portrayals of Christ, Angels, Adam, Eve, Noah, Moses, The Prophets, Joseph, Mary, and the Apostles portrayed in Watch Tower literature as White people. I would think that if anyone would know better, it would be The Watch Tower. Yet, it too, like the rest of the denominations claiming to be of God and Christ is OK with these false portrayals. Look at the two portrayals below of Jesus, Adam and Eve that appear in The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society literature. They are obviously of European descent. Adam is clean-shaven and has a fresh haircut; Eve looks like she just came out of a hair salon. These are White people! These images are subliminal and placed in front of the world to mislead it to fear and deify a particular race within the human family.
It is not a coincidence that six White men (and one recently added Black man) called the Governing Body stand over 7 million Jehovah’s Witnesses; persons out of every nation, tongue, and tribe on earth. This is disproportionate.
The problem is “The Mother” at the top of these religious systems that feeds and gives her children bad food and bad teachings. The children – while children – are innocent until they mature and able to think and reason for themselves. Yet, it is a rare thing for a child to leave off the teaching his/her parent. Yet, Jesus at Matthew 10:37 spoke of this:
Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Jesus was not here speaking about not loving one’s literal mother and father; he is referring to the source of a teaching. In his day it was the Jewish religious system of the Sadducees and Pharisees that was the mother and father of the people. Both made it difficult for the people to accept Christ and his teaching because that system of religion taught the Law and Jewish traditions and held the people strictly to them while they themselves would not keep them.
Jesus is showing that one must view him as their mother and father in the sense of listening to him as their teacher, nurturer, and guidance counselor.
Not Us! Them!
Most so-called “Christians” would be quick to point a finger at the persons of the other religious systems such as Islam, Judaism, Buddism, Hinduism or some other religious following claiming to be “Christian” but who they define as a cult, as being the ones defiant of God and Christ. They love doing the “It’s always the other guy” thing.
It always amazes me when members of the Christian system called by men Christianity label anyone they choose as a cult. How convenient! When one really looks at such labeling, it is nothing but another way of saying, “Since your religious beliefs are not like ours, we reserve the right label you a cult.” This is arrogant and it shows an unreasonable and blind mind. The plank has not been removed.
Yet, they rarely look to themselves or examine themselves to see if they do not fit the “defiant” posture Jesus and his Apostles spoke of.
How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
A plank in one’s eye means that the person’s view is badly obstructed; the person is blinded. Jesus accurately describes the mentality of the majority within the religious system claiming to be of him: Christianity.
The conditioning and indoctrination within this religious system are such that it teaches division, intolerance of persons of other races and nationalities, condemnation, hypocrisy, dysfunction, and the deification of one race among mankind over another. It hordes the Christ to itself. It fully convinces itself that those within her are safe and have God’s blessing and protection.
These very ones are the first – and they lead the effort – to go out into the world and point fingers at everyone else as being “children of disobedience.” Yet, they themselves have shown in the past and up to this very today by its behavior and treatment of the other members of the human family, that it is a counterfeit pretending to be godly. Mocking God each and every day.
Take the example of a small child: A child cannot know disobedience until he is taught what it is to be obedient; and, the world at large with its many national groups, races, languages, and religions do not know of the obedience and love that Christ taught. If it did, there would no war, hatred, racism, bigotry, and intolerance in a world so full of religion. Going to church hardly qualifies as one being godly.
The children of disobedience are not being the world of mankind at large, but specifically, those who have come to learn of, and who have accepted the command to love others but by their conduct, prove false to this command by The Christ. Where is that command stated? Consider 2 John 5-7:
And now, dear lady, I am not writing you a new command but one we have had from the beginning. I ask that we love one another. And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.
To love one another. It is selfish if one thinks that the love Christ taught was to be expressed only to those who would be his disciples. If God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, then the Christ would have the same mindset: He, too, would love the entire world of mankind. (John 3:16).
Yet, it is those who claim to follow Christ who are the ones hating mankind and condemning it. How so?
That Non-Believers Will BeTormented Eternally In Hellfire
This false teaching is one of the greatest acts of disobedience to God that there is. It outright condemns all of mankind to an eternity in a hellfire if one does not accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. If one looks at this teaching, it is a threat. There is nothing loving about it. The role of condemning does not belong to humans. Yet, this teaching issues out of the mouths of the more than 33,000 contending Christian denominations in the world.
This teachings go against the very loving nature of Christ and the God that sent him. Christ never condemned anyone when he was on the earth. Instead, he loved and forgave persons; even persons who were his enemies. Not only that, he commanded that his disciples do the same.
The false teaching of hellfire can easily be shown to be false. At Revelation 20:14 we see hell thrown into the Lake of Fire, which is The Second Death. So hell is not eternal. It will be destroyed along with death.
Additionally, we are told that the punishment for disobedience is not eternal torment, but eternal destruction. Think about the expression eternal destruction for a moment. What is it saying? Non-existence! Gone forever! Not tormented forever. 1 Thess 1:9:
They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might.
That Unless You Join A Religious Organization, You Will Lose Your Life
Another false teaching is the one that tells people that they must associate themselves with a particular religious organization or else they will lose their lives. The idea here is that “the organization” is likened to an Ark or a place of safety that will shield one from the coming destruction upon the world of mankind. The organization is viewed as God’s earthly organization into which he will gather his people. There are serious problems with this view.
One: Nowhere to we read in Scripture, nor do we see Christ stating that God would produce an earthly organization in which people must go into if they want to have life. Jesus is the way and the life.
Two: Jesus identified himself – the person – as the one we are to become disciples. He identified himself as “The Way, The Truth and The Life.” Yet, “the organization” ascribes these things to itself.
The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Jehovah’s Witnesses, says these things of itself. It says that it is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. As a former 20 plus year baptized Jehovah’s Witness I know this all to well. Please permit me to explain how they do this. (This is a claim made not only by Jehovah’s Witnesses but all religious organization and the collective religious system called by men, Christianity).
The Way: The Watch Tower Organization by virtue of it’s baptismal vow that all candidates desiring to become Jehovah’s Witnesses must take, explicitly state that unless a person is associated with God’s “spirit-directed” organization (The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society), it is not possible for them to be a servant of Jehovah God. The organization by doing this is stating that they are the only way one can have eternal life since God is the source of that life. Non-association with “The Organization” detaches one from that source and they cannot have life.
The baptismal vow appears in the June 1, 1985, Watchtower, page 30. I have faithfully reproduced it below:
On the basis of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, have you repented of your sins and dedicated yourself to Jehovah to do his will?
The second is:
Do you understand that your dedication and baptism identify you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with God’s spirit-directed organization?
Having answered yes to these questions, candidates are in a right heart condition to undergo Christian baptism.
The second part of the baptismal vow is most telling: One is identified as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses only when one is associated with “the organization.” I should add that this baptism is not as Jesus directed at Matthew 28:19-20 which called for baptism in the name of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. The baptism conducted by the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society is done by water and in the name of “God’s spirit-directed organization.”
This dedication is not really to do Jehovah’s will (though the first part of the baptismal vow states such), but really to do the will of the spirit-directed organization. The organization of The Watch Tower teaches that all of its many rules, regulations, and requirements are Jehovah’s will. Any honest-hearted Jehovah’s Witness knows deep down inside that that is not the case; it is the will of “the organization” that looms large over them more than God and Christ.
The Truth: The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society proclaims that those within her are “In the truth.” The expressions “In the truth” or “the truth” are commonly used by Jehovah’s Witnesses and understood to mean that “The Organization” is the truth and they are within it. Yet, this is an expression that Jesus ascribes to himself at John 14:6. No human agency should ascribe to itself that it is the way, truth or the life.
The Life: The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society also proclaims itself as “The Life.” How so? Well, it teaches that those within the organization exist now in a spiritual paradise. Meeting attendance at the Kingdom Halls, assemblies, study of the many publications, field service and association with each other represents that spiritual paradise they now exist in. Yet, Jesus said that he is The Life … and …
No one comes to the Father but by him.
So what we have today are human agencies stealing and usurping the sheep (slaves) of another owner: Jesus [the] Christ and making themselves Masters over them.
How They Defy God and Christ?
In that they show disobedience to God and Christ by seeking to do their own will and make a name for themselves; and, not by doing the will of the Father. Several classic examples will follow.
At 2 John 5-7, the Apostle – who was taught by Jesus – repeats the command Jesus gave to love one another. This love was not a love of only those who were disciples of Christ, but to love all persons as God and His Christ did. It is not a display of love to condemn persons to an eternal hellfire. It is hateful and unloving. It is an act of disobedience to Christ’s command to love one another when what issues forth from them are threats of condemnation of eternal hellfire or threat of loss of eternal life if one fails to join an organization. There is nothing loving about it.
Another way in which these children of disobedience defy God and Christ is that they have Europeanized God and Christ. Jesus [the] Christ says at John 1:18 that no man has seen God at any time. Yet, would these children have defiantly done is give God and Christ a European identity. Why have they done this? Because they can. The power base on the earth is European. In other words, we live in a European conceived universe that has exercised power and domination over the entire planet. This exercise of power and control is in everything: Politics, education, commerce, and especially religion. This power base has ensured that the world in which it controls take a defiant posture towards God and Christ while posing as something good and chaste.
At Exodus 20:4-5 the command is given by God that images of anything in heaven above or on earth or in the waters beneath should be made. Neither are these made things to be bowed down to and worshiped. Boy, have we failed miserably in obeying God in this regard. Images of God, Christ, Angels, Adam and Eve, so-called Saints and etc have been made of stone, pencil, pen, and paint; portrayed in literature, art and film in the form of a particular race among mankind. These images are deeply implanted in the minds of billions. These images are false. It is not possible to make an image of something one has not seen.
No one in recent times has seen The Christ in order to render an accurate likeness of him. And, no one in recent times has seen Adam, Eve or angels to render them in any likeness or form. It is an act of defiance to God do so anyway. Sadly, people claiming to be disciples of Christ will fight you tooth and nail to justify such things as OK. Rather than concede what God and His Christ has stated, they would rather fight to maintain their defiant posture.
Appearing To Be Godly
Recently, I watched – along with the rest of the world – the inauguration of the President of the United States. A momentous event, for sure, and one in which my Americans – in particular, African Americans – took great pride in. Yet, it contained ritual and ceremony of a religious flavor that showed men above God.
Nation states of all sorts mislead its citizens by making it appear that God is with them. That the decisions it makes towards the other nations of men have God’s blessing upon them. That going to war and taking the lives of countless innocents is somehow justified by the nation claiming God’s backing. The leadership (political and religious) of the nation states dupe its citizens into thinking and believing that their consciences are on the right course when the country in which they are citizens follow the dictates of its leaders. The political leaders, in turn, stage up before all to see, prominent religious men and women to bless them. This gives the appearance that God is with them and that nation. It is disturbing to hear persons say things like “God bless America.” Why? Because there is no request from God to bless anyone else; other and all persons of the human family. Such prayers are selfish and do not follow the course of Christ’s teachings. These are the machinations of men masquerading as something from God.
The public prayers before the world are not really prayers, they are speeches to men. The only difference is that one is asked to bow their heads as if to God but it is a cloaked and subtle bowing down to men.
God Is Impartial
The Creator of all is not one who favors one nation over another; One to give blessings to one and not the other. In fact, He is not a respecter of nations. He is a seeker of individuals out of the various nations. The nation-state dupes it’s citizens into thinking and believing God is with entire nations. This is not true. Consider the Apostle Peters words at Acts 10:34-35:
Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.
Too, notice the type of individual The Most High seeks. Jesus says at John 4:23:
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
Individuals who worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. Does one really believe the nations worship the Father in this way? If worshiping Him at all. Does one really believe that the nations worship the Father in truth? Do the nations themselves engage in truth? Or, do they deal in lying, deception, corruption, murder, and war?
The nation-states of the world along with its mouthpieces (religious leaders) emotionally saturate it’s citizens so that they are weak, unthinking, unreasoning, and blind. The nation-states compete for those who would otherwise be attached to the Christ. They snatch up and devour men, indoctrinate them to such an extent that the teaching within them is not of God and Christ; it simply masquerades as such.
What To Do?
Obey God and His Christ. It is really that simple.
God commands us to “Listen to His Son.” (Luke 9:35)
Christ commands us to become his disciples and to make disciples to him (not to a religious organization or religious systems). (Matthew 28:19-20)
One MUST become a student of Christ (not a student of the Bible, there is a MAJOR difference). As his student, we become his disciples.
The SECRET: Pray to the Father in heaven through our Master and Teacher Jesus [the] Christ. Ask the Father for His Wisdom, His Understanding, and His Knowledge. It will be ONLY through Jesus [the] Christ (not a book called the Bible or a religious organization) that the Father in heaven gives us those things. In time, an outpouring (baptism) of Holy Spirit will come upon you. It is this outpouring of Holy Spirit that will enable you to understand the deeper things of God and do his will as Jesus did. Since Jesus NEVER abandons his disciples, he will always present himself as that conduit through which we ask things of and from the Father. Do not be fooled into thinking otherwise. This is what the religious systems of the world – and in particular, what men call Christianity – do not want you to do. THEY want YOU to turn to THEM and go through THEM and turn to THEM for guidance, wisdom, and understanding. That is NOT possible! No! It is IMPOSSIBLE. We can ONLY access the Father and receive from Him THROUGH His Son and not by any human, human agency or angelic agency. THIS IS CRITICAL TO GRASP AND UNDERSTAND!
Our detachment should be away from ALL religious systems. All of it. Our attachment is to be to the person of Christ himself. He is our Master, Head, and only Teacher. This is not done through religious organizations or persons claiming to have some special calling from God. It can only be by attachment and discipleship to Christ himself. (1 Cor 11:3; Matthew 23:8, John 8:31-32 and John 13:13)
Christ warned that following him would not be an easy thing to do in this world. His slaves (followers) would be subjects of the same hatred and harsh treatment he experienced. Recall that the harsh treatment he suffered was not from the political system, it was from his own people and the religious system from which he was born into.
No slave is greater than his Master. That Christ is our Master, his true disciples will not have an experience different than his; if he was lied on, brought before the State by the religious system who was in bed with the State, put on trial, beaten, mistreated, and ultimately put to death, so shall his true followers in future days. (John 15:20)
Many so-called followers of his think that in future days that it will be the State or the political system that will be the source of the harsh treatment (even death) to come. No, it will be at the hands of those who claim to be Christs followers. It will be one’s own Brother and Sister (in a religious sense) who will be the source of their tribulation to come. They will become betrayers, thinking they are doing the right thing.
We see this on a marginal scale today: Many persons claiming to be followers of Christ easily condone war against other nations because they may look different, have a different political ideology or religion. Many claiming to be followers of Christ engage first-hand in shooting the guns and flying bombing missions over the lands of the people of the other nations believing that what they are doing is God’s will. When what it really amounts to is doing the will of the State who has duped them into believing what they do has God’s backing.
I ask you: “Where would Christ Jesus’ loyalties lie? Would he condone such actions? Would he stand before millions and say ‘God bless America?'” The leaders of the political nations would have you think so.
I tell you, one cannot serve two masters. Jesus does and speaks differently from the political and religious masters controlling the masses.
I am not endorsing or condoning lawlessness; but I am encouraging one to know that if they are slaves of Christ, he is their ONLY Master. And, if what he teaches YOU (the individual) is different from what you are told by the religious or political agency, then you have a decision to make. Who do you listen to and who do you obey?
I tell you, if Christ was in the world today in the flesh, it would be the religious leaders of the day and the religious system who would not accept him. Why? Because he would expose their hypocrisy and cause them to lose membership as he would teach the truth and bring persons to himself as his personal disciples. He would be viewed as a threat and someone to be silenced.
The good news is that Christ is alive. No, he does not walk among us in the flesh. He is a very powerful and invisible spirit-being who stands at his Fathers right-hand side in the heavenly realm. He stands ready to accept and teach all who would come to him. Will you be taught by the Master or will you allow yourself to be taught by the counterfeit religious systems in the world who deal in misleading and deception? (ALL of them are counterfeit)
To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
It only when one is taught by Christ that the truth can follow. And then an opening of the minds eye to know that the knowledge of the truth has been set free from the mind-enslaving influence of the religious systems that want everyone as their captives so as to control them.
The religious system called by men, Christianity, and those captives within her, become agitated and even angry if you break away and expose her and proclaim your freedom from her and faithful attachment to the Christ. Men and their religious systems seek to control the individual, Christ liberates one when they cling to his teachings and become his disciples.
One of the BIGGEST obstacles to be overcome in this world is the belief that God and/or Christ established something called by men, Christianity. Another big obstacle is the belief that the Bible is the Word of God. This belief has led to the misleading of untold millions; Christ is the only Word of God.
This is how you can tell if one proclaiming to be of God and Christ have been taken captivity by the world: If they believe that the Bible is the Word of God. Listen to them when they speak. If they primarily ascribe to “The Bible” the utterances of God and His Christ, they have been misled. What do I mean?
It is easy: If they make comments like, “The Bible says …” or “I study the Bible …” or “I am a Bible student …” or “I live by the Bible …” or “Gods word (the Bible) says …” or something along these lines because it shows that they look primarily to a book rather than the person.
Also, if they quote something God or His Christ says and they say, “The Bible says …” shows that they ascribe something God and Christ say to a book called The Bible saying it. For example, Jesus says at John 14:6 …
I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
However, you will find many people say, The Bible says at John 14:6: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
That is not true. No book by any name says this, The Son of God who is The Word of God does.
I am 100 percent convinced that the great majority of the so-called believing world has not thought about this and does not realize that they have deviated from ascribing the words spoken by God and His Sent One and deferred those words and ascribed them to a book men call and named The Bible.
Further, I am 100 percent convinced that this same great majority has elevated a book to a lofty position that does not belong to it; a holy position that The Most High has ascribed to His Son: The Word of God. By placing a book in this holy position, the world makes this book an object of reverence and because it has done this engages in idolatry and blasphemy before God.
The Most High has not told us to call a book compiled and named by men and sent it out into the world, He told us to listen to the one He sent: Jesus [the] Christ, The Word of God. (Luke 9:35)
Those who do not listen what God said at Luke 9:35, defy Him and His Messiah.
No one of importance. A disciple (student) of Christ apart from the established religious systems who reasons, thinks and concludes matters for myself. Something is not right with the state of religion in the world. The real dichotomy is that we live in a world so full of religion, yet is an evil, immoral, and dangerous place to live. A mental and spiritual separation from this world that Jesus said his kingdom is no part of is the first step to a "break-through" to freedom and entry into a much larger spiritual world where God and Christ resides and the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of God can be accessed.
