Who are the deceivers of today? Well, in THIS world that Jesus said his kingdom is no part of and according to “Christianity,” the deceivers are “people like me” who do not go along with the flow of THIS world and the teachings that issue out of the Christian religious system which is itself divided and not in agreement with itself! (There are more than 44,000 contending Christian denominations in the world.)
Yet, according to one of Christs Apostles, John at 2 John 7 we are told who are the deceivers.
I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.
So, the “deceivers” are those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. These “deceivers” are MANY persons and THEY collectively are antichrist.
The religious system called my men (not by Christ) Christianity teaches that Jesus is God AND Son.
Yet, we know from what is written at John 4:23-24 and Col 1:15 that God is a spirit and HE is invisible. Jesus was seen by men was he not?
So when one teaches and believes Jesus is God, they deny – by virtue of that belief and teaching – that he came in the flesh. God is NOT flesh and blood.
They are teaching that God – who is spirit and invisible – came to the earth in the flesh. These are deceivers.
More than individuals being the deceivers are the established religious system called by men Christianity – which is a counterfeit – is what has led the way in deceiving the world with this and many teachings that are false about God and Christ.
Yet, it is those angry voices out of that religious system that will call anyone that opposes what it teaches as being deceivers.
This is to be expected. Why? Because what has been born out of a world that Jesus said his kingdom is no part of is a religious system that the “god of this world” has raised up to lead the way in misleading and deceiving the masses. It has been very successful. Thus, it is to be expected that this religious system would reject the truth about God and Christ and anyone who opposes what it has taught for hundreds of years.
Christianity has even engaged in deadly war, the Spanish Inquisition, the Crusades, The Salem Witch Hunts, The African Slave Trade and many of the things we read about in the news recently of child molestation, pedophilia, and other heinous and immoral acts yet it presents itself clean and chaste. Only something of Satan and Devil could look lamblike but speak as a Dragon.
All one has to do is look at the comments in the videos of persons like myself that come from those claiming to be “Christian.” They are hateful. I mean really hateful. And, one has to ask why? Why would some who claim they are followers of Christ be as mentioned? Because they are defending teachings and beliefs that come out of a world Jesus said his kingdom is no part of. They want acceptance, not disagreement.
Rather than deal with the issue raised, they make ME the issue.
I make sure that what I present, I back it up with something either God, Christ or one of his Apostles (who were taught by Christ) said.
For example, if I quote Jesus at John 1:18 – which is one of many proof-text that Jesus is not God – there are those who will call what Jesus said a lie and insist he is God. (Other proof texts in this regard are, Exod 33:20, John 6:46, 1 Cor 8:6, John 20:31, and the question Jesus asked his disciples with regards his identity at Matthew 16:13-17)
If Jesus asked the millions claiming to follow him, “Who do you say I am?” Sadly, millions would answer as “Christianity” has taught them.
Yes, some might say he is “The Son of God” but will cancel that by adding that he is also God and a part of a Trinity.
True followers of Christ recognize that Christ’s kingdom is not of this world. They know that there is no “city” or “organization” in which they can go. (Hebrews 13:14)
They know who the god of this world is and he wants our worship – just as he wanted Jesus worship – and has established a counterfeit to mislead and deceive.
They know those loyal to Christianity will not like the words that come out of our mouths.
No one of importance. A disciple (student) of Christ apart from the established religious systems who reasons, thinks and concludes matters for myself. Something is not right with the state of religion in the world. The real dichotomy is that we live in a world so full of religion, yet is an evil, immoral, and dangerous place to live. A mental and spiritual separation from this world that Jesus said his kingdom is no part of is the first step to a "break-through" to freedom and entry into a much larger spiritual world where God and Christ resides and the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of God can be accessed.
