What Is Scripture?

This is a very important question that must be answered if one is to come to (1) An accurate knowledge of God and His Messiah, (2) know what the Bible is and what it is not, and (3) know who to give prominence to when we approach The Most High God in prayer or any request we have from Him.

Many have been taught that The Bible is The Word of God; that it itself is Scripture. Is this true? Well, what is Scripture?

2 Tim 3:16 says that:

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness …”

All Scripture is God-breathed. In other words, everything that comes out of the mouth of God – that is spoken by Him, and written down – is Scripture.

Let me give you an example of what is Scripture and what is not:

For example, at Isaiah 44:6:

This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God.

Another example at Zechariah 1:3:

Therefore tell the people: This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘Return to me,’ declares the Lord Almighty, ‘and I will return to you,’ says the Lord Almighty.

All of The Book of Revelation. Why? Because as stated at Revelation 1:1. it is a revelation by Jesus Christ that GOD GAVE HIM. Jesus dispatches his angel to the Apostle John to transmit the revelation message him. John, in turn, is told by the angel to write it down. So, the source of the revelation is God. He gives it to His Son, His Son sends it to the Apostle John. And, the Apostle John is told to write it down.

Revelation 1:1-2 shows that God gave His Son the revelation and His Son sends it to the Apostle John.

The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who testifies to everything he saw—that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 1:10-11 shows where the angel (voice like a loud trumpet) directs him to write it down.

On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet, which said: “Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.”

The above are three of many many Scriptures that ARE Scripture. Why? Because God “Breathed” or spoke.

Next, are examples of what is NOT Scripture. First Exodus 5:10:

Then the slave drivers and the overseers went out and said to the people, “This is what Pharaoh says: ‘I will not give you any more straw.

Notice Matthew 4:8-9:

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

These two examples (there are many) are NOT Scripture. Why? Because God did not speak; He did not “breathe” these utterances.

Please understand, I am not saying what Pharaoh or the Devil stated was not stated or was not true; I am stating that what THEY SAID is not Scripture.

It is a clever ploy by the religious system called Christianity to sell the idea that the Bible is Scripture and The Word of God. This is one of the biggest deceptions that it has perpetrated. And, for what reason? To misled and deceive one away from “knowing” and “listening” to the ONLY ONE the Most High God has “approved” as His spokesman – His Word.

Jesus [the] Christ IS The Word of God. Thus, anything that he has spoken and yet speaks is from God. Anything he has spoken and has been written down is ALSO Scripture because he is The Word of God.

For example, at John 14:6 where Jesus says of himself:

I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

This is Scripture.

Now what of “The Bible,” is it Scripture? No!

The Bible” does contain instances of God and Christ speaking and those instances are Scripture. But the Bible itself, in its entirety, is NOT Scripture. It – in its entirety – is not even The Word of God; ONLY Christ Jesus is The Word of God. (Rev 19:13)

It is interesting how proponents of the Bible being the Word of God wrongly use 2 Tim 3:16 as proof-text. But they pull the cart before the horse. A book that appears on the scene many hundreds of years after Christ ascension is “made” – by men – Scripture and The Word of God. No such book called “The Bible” existed in Jesus’ day or in the day of his Apostles.

If they are arrogant enough (and disrespectful enough) to assign a book The Word of God – a title that can only belong to Christ – why not call the Bible The Son of God as well?

They did all they can to take away from Christ what is his and assign it to another.

The Most High God “breathes” at Luke 9:35:

This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him.

If you listen to the Bible, then you will get confused. Why? Because you think it ALL “God Breathed.”

The Most High NOW tells us to listen to the utterances of the one He sent. And, the one He sent, does not “breathe” everything written down in The Bible.

No one of importance. A disciple (student) of Christ apart from the established religious systems who reasons, thinks and concludes matters for myself. Something is not right with the state of religion in the world. The real dichotomy is that we live in a world so full of religion, yet is an evil, immoral, and dangerous place to live. A mental and spiritual separation from this world that Jesus said his kingdom is no part of is the first step to a "break-through" to freedom and entry into a much larger spiritual world where God and Christ resides and the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of God can be accessed.

  1. Satan has deceived the whole world until the woman of Rev 12 delivers the true word of God Rev 12:5. She is not a church, she is not Israel, and she is not Mary. She is the prophet like unto Moses and Elijah Matt 17:3, Acts 3:21-23, Luke 1:17 delivering the true word John 1:1 from the wilderness Rev 12:6 to prepare a people for the Lord’s return. God our Father will not put any child of his into a hell fire no matter what their sins. It never entered the heart or mind of God to ever do such a thing Jer7:31, Jer 19:5. Turn your heart to the children of God. A gift is now delivered to the whole world as a witness Matt 24:14. http://minigoodtale.blogspot.com. A righteous judge gathers ALL evidence before making a judgment. If you are called to know the true word – Prove all things.

    1. “Until the woman of Rev 12 delivers the “true word of God?”

The Word of God has already been sent. If one reads Rev 1:1 what does it tell us?

“The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John.”

So God gave His Son – who is the Word of God – this revelation. So there is no need for God to give a “woman” the true word of God.

This “great sign” that is seen in heaven at Rev 12:1 is the same sign Jesus said would be seen at Matthew 24:30 in answer to his disciples question at Matthew 24:3.

The “woman” to which you are referring at Rev 12:5 (that gives birth) is “God’s Kingdom.” It will produce or give birth to Christs 1000 year kingdom over the earth. Christs 1000 year kingdom is that child.

Notice that all this occurs in heaven. Also occuring in heaven is another sign: A fiery-colored dragon.

What you are reading at Revelation Chapter 12 is the future establishment (birth) of Christs 1000 year kingdom over the earth. It will run it’s course. (Rev 20:6-7)

Satan waits until that 1000 year kingdom ends; it is caught back up to God’s throne. (Rev 12:5)

The earth in those future days is without a king. Satan is released from the Abyss and establishes on the earth a beastly system of rulership over the earth. (Rev 20:6-8)

Satans system of rule will be peaceful and beneficial for all who support (worship) it. His system of rule will prepare the world to resist what he knows must come down out of heaven: God’s Kingdom.

This preparation is the War mentioned at Rev 12:9. It is not a carnal war but a spiritual one and a major attempt to turn the world Christ took 1000 years to restore back to God, to turn against God.

This “woman” is no literal woman as no woman lives in heaven. This woman is God’s Kingdom and it will give birth to the very instrument that will restore all of mankind back to it’s Creator: Christs 1000 year kingdom.

The interesting part is that this 1000 year kingdom of Christ MUST end. And, when it does, that is when things get real interesting as Satan is released upon that future world. (Rev 20:6-8)

  2. “Woman” in prophecy usually refers to a city. The woman in Rev 12, who is said to be a “great sign”, when read in conjunction with Eze 16, is most probably referring to the spiritual Jerusalem. For the earthly Yerushalayim is depicted in Eze 16 as virgin with whom Yah entered into covenant. Yahushua also spoke of Yerushalayim in Matt 23:37 as having borne children. Moreover, the earthly one is the focus of ha shatan’s diabolical attention in Rev 12: 13-16, a huge drama that was played out in reality when the Romans persecuted the Yahudim and eventually destroyed Yerushalayim.

By extension, the Roman “whore” Catholic Church and its Protestant daughters with its European governing “arms” plus the fake “Zionists” continued the saga when they chased the Yahudim into the African “wilderness”, where Yah provided them safety from the dragon by hiding them among similarly complexioned peoples with close cultural identity.

But because Scripture must be fulfilled, in which Yahuwah Most High had vowed to punish Yisrael for their Torah disobedience, the same powers of the beast eventually came to West Africa to take away descendants of Yisrael as slaves in ships to “Egypt” in USA, Europe and the Caribbeans. (see Lev 26 and Deut 28 for the curses on Yisrael).

    Shalom

    1. That the Woman in Revelation Chapter 12 is seen “in heaven” shows that she is NOT a city on earth.

Since “flesh and blood” does not reside in heaven shows that this woman is not someone of flesh and blood (human or human agency).

This woman in heaven is pregnant and about to give birth to something. What?

Our attention is turned to a great sign in heaven in association with this woman.

At Matthew 24:3 Jesus’ disciples asked him “.. what will be the sign of your presence.”

      Jesus answers at Matthew 24:30:

“And then the sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven …”

The woman seen in heaven in Revelation is “God’s Kingdom” and it is about to give birth to – or coronate a King and a kingdom. This king is Christ and his kingdom of 1000 years over the earth.

This king and his kingdom will exist over the earth for 1000 years and then it will end.

“… who is to shepherd all the nations with an iron rod. And her child was caught away to God and to his throne.” (Rev 12:5)

That is exactly what the above Scripture says. Christ will shepherd ALL of the nations and then his kingdom ends. (Rev 20:7)

The Woman – God’s Kingdom – will flee. In other words, it will allow, without inference, Satan to establish a Wild Beast over the earth and mislead it. (Rev 12:7-9)

  3. I will say that you make very strong points and I beleive you are right on this one. The bible itself, coming from many different scrolls and extra documents would be an extremely loose term for scripture. Definitly gives me a better idea of what scripture is. Because raising questions is good; I like to twist things and stir pots so I will leave you with this: How do you know that such a verse as Exodus 5:10 for example is not God breathed? I know you were clear about the context of the words of pharaoh were not scripture but that does not mean Exodus 5:10 is not. God-breathed is basically something prophetic and ispired by God right? Who says it is not God inspired or prophetic to be a part of scripture?

    1. Exodus 5:10 does not qualify as Scripture because God did not “breathe” or speak this, Pharaoh did. God breathed is “not” something prophetic. That is what men say. The things God speaks or the things His Son (who is the Word of God) speaks are Scripture.

As I mentioned in my article, are the words spoken by the Serpent(Satan) in the Garden or during Christ temptation, Scripture? No! Those are the words “breathed” by Satan.

The Most High God in His infinite wisdom has already settled the matter for us. While many argue and debate what is and what is not Scripture, The Most High God says at Luke 9:35:

“And a voice came out of the cloud, saying: “This is my Son, the one that has been chosen. Listen to him.”

In other words, listen to what Christ says as God has chosen him as His spokesman (Word of God). Whatever Christ breathes (says) is from God, so we listen to him.

It is moot to listen to the Prophets of old as God did not send them to us an dnor has be commanded us to listen to them. Neither has God told us to listen to a book stood up by men and named the Bible. God commands us to listen to His Son.

There are two ways to listen to Christ: (1) By reading what he says in scrolls men have unearthed. (2) By prayer to the Father.

The second way is the primary way we should be engaged. Why? Because we access the ultimate source of wisdom, understanding and knowledge – The Father in Heaven – through Christ. No book can contain such. In fact, books are limiting.

When persons engage in “Bible Study” they limit themselves. It is not a book that we are to be students (disciples) of anyway. We are to be students (disciples) of the person of Christ. As it is through him (and not a book), that God speaks to us by sending His powerful Holy Spirit to us through His Son. This Holy Spirit is what fills us up with God’s wisdom, understanding and knowledge (not our own).

The major problem today is that very few have tapped into this power mechanism and proper usage of prayer. They are lock onto a book called the Bible. (They even call it the Word of God. No book is The Word of God, only Christ is. Rev 19:13)

The religious system called by men – Christianity – has been very effective in keeping this book in front of persons as a “limiting” factor and preventing them from tapping into the true (truth) power of asking and receiving from the Father His wisdom, knowledge and understanding through his Son.

The religious system called by men – Christianity – has been highly effective in keeping the masses ignorant and “dependent” upon itself and “a book” rather than on true dependence on God and His Christ for wisdom, knowledge and understanding via prayer.

The religious system called by men – Christianity – has taken the world captive and feeds it lies and leads (misleads) the world NOT to listen to God and Christ while pretending that it does.

A Tell-tale Sign: When you listen to the conversations of others and you find them ascribing to a book (the Bible) the things God and Christ says, then those persons have been misled.

For example, if a person says, “The Bible says at John 14:6, ‘I am the way, truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me.'” Then that person has been blinded and misled. Why? Because the “Bible” does not say that, “Christ” says this.

If a person says, “I am a student of the Bible” or “I study the Bible.” That person has been blinded and misled. Followers of Christ are not students (disciples) of books, they are “his” disciples. One should say they are students (disciples) of Christ and properly ascribe the things he says and teaches to himself, not to a book.

      1. Well I think you’re right Exodus 5:10 is not scripture but history instead. The bible still gets some credit tho right? You’re more saying that people follow the bible more than actual scripture and the words of God and his son. I think I would be careful to completely discount the prophets in the bible and I don’t think you do. Which prophets in the bible do you think were legitimately able to convey the words of God? Ezekiel? Paul?  I think it’s definitly wise to be careful to make sure when you pray that you’re listening to God. Sometimes scripture and even the bible can be very usefull to be able to test that.

  4. Okay, well. After looking into this a bit more. I think a lot of your translation into what verses mean has a lack of depth of knowledge. There is value in churches, and the entire bible. First of all you speak of the word christians as such a bad thing. However, by your claims you are a christian. The word christian basically means follower of christ, are you not that? You also speak of the church as if it is not God's will. Is a church not a community of christians? Is this forum not that? There have been many religious organizations that claim there veiw of scripture is right, there are many who twist the bible to make it say what they want to, and there are many who pallute peoples minds. Are you any different? It appears that you are a lone man with no accountability to what he says. It appears you are strongly opinionated and prideful in your wisdom. Did jesus not speak of humbleness? Is his intention for us to build up the church or tear it down? Did Jesus tell us to stand against others or side by side? I form my response as questions for I do not fully know the answers myself.

    1. I appreciate your response.

The Bible should not take precedence over the ONE who IS “The Word of God” and who the Most High said we are to listen to. (Luke 9:35)

If there were no Prophets of old, we still have God’s Son. If there was no book called and named by men – The Bible – we still have God’s Son.

I find that in the conversations and discussions of many, “The Bible” is spoken of as if it is what God has directed us to listen to. For example, many persons will say, “The Bible says …” this and “The Bible says …” that. When in all truthfullness they should be saying “Gods says …” this and “Christ says or teaches ..”

Concerning the Prophets of old, God did not send them to us. He sent them to an ancient people. God sent us His Son and it is to that Son, He has command us to listen. (Luke 9:35)

None of the Prophets of old have been given the titles of “Son of God” and “Word of God.”

I am not saying that one should not read the Bible, because in it we learn some of the teachings of Christ and teh things that God Himself had spoken. But it is not a book that one should be consulting for increased wisdom, understanding and knowledge: It is God through Christ in prayer that we get those things.

No book can contain all of the wisdom, knowledge and understanding of God. Those things can only come to us by asking for them through His Son, Christ Jesus.

Think about this: At John 14:6 Jesus said that he is the way, the truth and the life, and that no one comes to the Father but by him.

If we ask the Father in heaven for things such as increased understanding and knowledge “through” the only way possible – His Son – then it stands to reason that God will use that same “way” – His Son – to provide what we ask of Him to us.  For the Father to fulfill our requests through a book called The Bible or Prophets of old would be “another way.” That is why it is vital that we listen to Christ because it is only through him that the Father communicates with us, not any book.

Persons who rely on the Bible are “standing still” and will never progress to knowing the deeper things of God. For sure, the will “know the Bible” but will they know God and Christ? There is a difference.

A person will be able to quote Scriptures from the Bible but NOT know God and His Christ.

Another mistake is that people have been misled into believing that the Bible is The Word of God. No book can be such. There is only one Word of God and he is a person. (Rev 19:13)

So if one has to make a choice between The Bible (which came on the scene after Christ ascended) or Christ himself (who is The Word of God), it would be hoped that they would choose Christ.

Confusion enters in when people take the entire Bible as a whole and try to make sense of the world about us and what will occur in the future prophetically. Since Christ is the Word of God, we MUST listen to what he says concerning future events, not what the Prophets of old say.

The greatest prophetic document we have in our hands right now is “The Revelation by Jesus Christ that GOD GAVE him.” (Commonly known as The Book of Revelation). The reason why it is the greatest is because (1) God gave it to Jesus Christ and (2) It is a revelation BY JESUS CHRIST. Meaning that it is prophetic and we should be paying attention to it NOT what was spoken by the Prophets of old.

Since this revelation came from God thousands of years after the last Prophet of old died, no Prophet of ancient times had any knowledge of it. So it makes to sense to look at the writings of dead Prophets to explain a revelation by Jesus Christ that God gave him. Instead, we should consult the ONE (through His Son) who GAVE IT: The Most High God.

Yet, time and time again, people keep on referring to Daniel, Jeremiah and others to make sense of a revelation message that God did not give THEM and neither did they know anything about. God gave it to his Son, so it is God (the giver of the revelation) we should be asking through His Son for understanding.

That is why we read at Rev 13:18 about “wisdom and intelligence” in understanding the number of the Wild Beast. It is not by man’s wisdom (including old Prophets) and intelligence that one will come to know this, it is only by God’s Wisdom and intelligence that one will.

So it makes sense that we listen to Christ AFTER we have prayed to the Father through him for wisdom, understanding, knowledge, holy spirit, etc. Because it is through Christ’s (his voice) that we will receive such things.

Who is listening to Christ?  Not many. They listen to a book that man arrogated himself to “authorize”, make holy, call Scripture, call the Word of God, and gave it a name of his own choosing.

Personally, I give little credence to what the Prophets of old said (and I do not mean that disrespectfully). God did not send them to me (us). I MUST obey God and listen to the one did send He said I MUST listen to and be a disciple of.

I have studied the Prophets and was a Bible teacher for many years. I am no longer a Bible teacher or a Bible student, I am a student (disciple) of Christ and a teacher of his teachings. (John 8:31-32 and Matthew 28:19-20)

It is simple: Obey God and listen to His Son because God says he chose, approve and authorized him. This was not said of a book. (Luke 9:35)

I would be unwise to listen to a book instead of my Master because man authorized, made holy, call Scripture, a book THEY gave a name to and blasphemously call The Word of God. I listen to the one God authorized.

No book should stand in the “holy place” where only Christ can stand. Just as there is only ONE God, there can only be ONE Word of God. That position cannot be shared with a book.

    2. Could it perhaps be that it does not fit in with what is being popularly taught rather than one lacking in a “depth of knowledge?”

It is very easy for one to dismiss others by that statement. I have had this experience many times before.

I tell you, there is more value in Christ and in what he says. There are more than 41000 “contending” denominations in the world and they all teach different doctrine. They teach Christ divided.

Would you say to “Church A” that they lack knowledge because they do not teach the same thing as “Church Z.” Both claim they are Christian and both claim that they are right and the other wrong. Yet, if Christ was being taught and listened to, their would be no contention, there would be a Brotherhood.

The expression “Christian” is not a word Christ used. Christ never referred to himself or his disciples by that title. Neither do we see Christs disciples calling themselves by that title.

This is an example of what I mean when I say Christ is not being listened to, men are. Christ never told you and I to be called by that title. He simply asked us to be his “disciples” and to make disciples to him. (John 8:31-32 and Matthew 28:19-20)

It is men who have created and pushed this title upon each other. It is not of God and Christ. Read your Bible and find how many times you find the expression “Christian or Christians” in it. And, if you find them, WHO is using it? Christ? His disciples?

No church is God’s will. Are the “Christian” churches that feed people poison and get them to commit sucide God’s will? Are the Priest who molest boys and Pastors who sleep with other men, God’s will? Was the endorsement/order of the African Slave Trade by Pope Nicolas V God’s will? Or, were these things the result of men “claiming” to be godly but doing “their own will?”

The doing of God’s will is far beyond the contending “churches.” It is the obeying the one who He told us to listen to. Christ left us with this COMMAND:

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

No building or special title of what one wants to call themselves is needed to obey this command. WE must FIRST become his disciple (know his teachings, not teachings of a book), and then we can make disciples to him by teaching them.

Notice in this command there is no call or command to make “Christians.” The call is to make “disciples.”

It is men who have duped each other with all of these fancy and divisive titles and “churches.” There is only ONE church (congregation) and it is ONE Brotherhood under ONE teaching and Teacher: Christs.

This is a truth many have yet to realize. Neither do many realize that Christ is referrring to the many “claiming” to know him, but he will say to them: I NEVER KNEW YOU.

      And why?

Because they did not do the will of the Father by obeying HIM to listen to his Son.

They are doing their own thing (will) and building up a false religious dome about themselves that they feel safe and comfortable in. It is within that sphere that they are held captive and it is within that sphere is all they know. They do not see what lies outside the “sphere of influence” they are within. FREEDOM. Freedom that only discipleship to Christ can bring. (John 8:31-32)

What you call PRIDE of WISDOM is another way of saying, “You are not supposed to know anything.” I no longer listen to people who drag these types of Red Herrings because what they are really saying is that, “What you believe is not what I believe, therefore …” they resort to personal attack. This shows immaturity. It also shows the affect Christs teachings has had on them. My Master never resorted to migrating the personal.

Why should me being STRONGLY opinionated  – as YOU think – bother you? And, why should I be concerned about what a stranger thinks of me? I would never intentionally disrespect you or cause you harm or wish any evil upon you. Only peace and goodwill.

Did Christ stop speaking because of what others thought of him? YOU should not.

People want to be “agreed” with. They want “acceptance” with what THEY believe. I do not seek any of those things. I am not seeking any glory for myself. I don’t want it. I champion what Christ teaches and it has the same irritating effect on so many as it did the Pharisees who plotted to take Christs life. Of course, they needed to place a foul stench upon him by saying that “he has a demon.” (Personal attack).

I welcome discussions, but I never will attack you as a person. I question teachings that do not measure up to what Christ teaches.

Were the Europen men who gave the Bible it’s name; who “authorized” it; who decided that only 66 books would go into its canon; who called it the Word of God “opinionated and prideful in THEIR wisdom?”

I am amazed at how so mny people don’t want others to be opinionated when what they speak and right about goes against the grain with what THEY personally believe.

When Jesus spoke, he spoke boldly. The Apostle Paul spoke with boldness. (Acts 9:27-28)

Do not confuse boldness with being opinionated and a lack of humilty. One can be bold of speech and possess humilty.

Jesus says (I listen to him) at Acts 4:29:

“Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.”

  5. Could it perhaps be that it does not fit in with what is being popularly taught rather than one lacking in a “depth of knowledge?”

It could be. In your case I beleive not so much. The teaching of jesus are not popular and still aren't often even in churches. Even the teaching of the bible in general is sometimes unpopular. That's when issues start, when people distance themselves from those foundations of the christian faith. I think that is what you have seen. I also believe persecution is part of following Jesus and the lack of it in american has softened christians into what you think a christian is. You think you are recieving that from the church but they could be just trying to set you straight. You are right that there is not enough of Jesus' teachings in the church but there is not enough teaching of the bible either. I think if people actually followed the teachings of Jesus and the bible in the church you would have an entirely different veiw of the church.

I tell you, there is more value in Christ and in what he says. There are more than 41000 “contending” denominations in the world and they all teach different doctrine. They teach Christ divided.

I don't think there was ever meant to be denominations. In a perfect world there would be only 1 church. The church is far too divided but trying to tear down the church just makes that worse. I beleive it is not the church that is flawed or the bible that is flawed but the people within them.

Also I beleive you are flawed as human. So sensibly it is definitly smart to be skeptical of what everyone says as you are.

It's hard not to be emotional about argueing points like this. It is scary. I am sorry I kind of attacked you over this. I don't entire dislike your ideas and you are definitly right on a few good points. I am trying to work though it. It is all kind of bothering me. I will urge you though, be careful with your words. They can be dangerous. I know this was written by Paul but either way it is wise.

    1 Thessalonians 5:19-22

19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt 21 but test them all; hold on to what is good,22 reject every kind of evil.

I think the documentation of Paul have almost as much legitimacy as the documentation of Jesus. There is plenty of evidence that points to the events and life of Paul. Also, even reading what he wrote has at least as much legitimacy as anything in your blog. At least you hold the teachings of Jesus in high regard. That is more then many people and definitly foundation. You have prayer too which is very good just be sure that is God you are praying to.
