Get On The Bandwagon and Teach Jesus As a White Man?
I received an email from a individual who identified him/herself as being an African American and said,
You need to stop writing the stuff you write on your website because you are dividing people. If Jesus portrayed as a White man, so what! Stop fighting against the Holy Spirit. I will pray for you.
Please do not pray for me. I would rather pray for myself as I always do, thank you.
Was I shocked to receive such an email? No.
When I read it, my mind processed it as …
If Mr. Gilmore (a slave owner) said Jesus Christ is a White man, then why you going against what Mr.Gilmore says? You are on Mr. Gilmore’s property! (His religious domain).
Why in the world would I want to push out to the world – and especially by African brothers and sisters – images of Jesus being a White man! Why would I support the race of people who enslaved and oppressed my people and who established this “White-washed” religious system and shoved it down our throats.
Many “old-timers” among my people who do not know better are still “on the plantation” and doing as Mr. Gilmore directs them. A person like myself who is sincere, honest, god-fearing and concerned: They reject! I am of African bllod and they prefer the oppressor and his religion with all of its false images and portrayals of God, Christ, the Prophets, Adam, Eve, and the Apostles as being White persons. They love Mr. Gilmore!
I am trying to awaken many of you!
I am not asking you to follow me or even believe me! I am asking you to follow the one God sent and believe him!
So if I speak of the Bible not being the Word of God, you should be happy because it is the truth! Jesus Christ is The Word of God but many of you seem to not like that. You want two Word of God: Jesus Christ and The Bible. I tell you the truth, you will love one and hate the other. You cannot serve two masters.
Sadly, many hate Jesus Christ and they love the Bible as they mention the Bible far more times than they do Jesus Christ. They even call the Bible their Teacher. How so? Because they say one must study it. That they are “students of the Bible.”
I encourage (and so does a voice out of heaven) all who are within the religious system to obey what is written at Revelation 18:4:
Then I heard another voice from heaven say: “‘Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues;
Christianity is sin-ridden and diseased. History is powerful testimony of that. It is plagued and is a lurking place of demons.
I got off that bandwagon a long time ago and will never get back on it to be taken for a ride again.
