Who Is The Word of God

Created A Little Lower Than The Angels

I know, I know, this stuff sounds crazy! 🙂

But is it really?

There are those traditional teachings within what men created and call Christianity that is just as or even more outrageous, click here to learn more. Teachings such as the Rapture that teaches that at “The Lords Return” his faithful followers will float up into the sky and meet him there. Or, how about the one that teaches that all sinners – non-followers of Christ – will be tormented, tortured, and roasted (while alive) in a fiery hellfire for all eternity. What a cruel and evil picture these teachings and the religious system paint of Christ and his Father in heaven.

Jesus never taught such things and it never entered into the mind of my just God to do such things. (Jeremiah 7:31)

In this article, and accompanying video, I maintain that the first man Adam was NOT a flesh and blood creature. But rather, a spiritual and invisible one. It was only AFTER he ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Bad that he and his wife were given “skins of flesh” to fulfill what God said what would happen to them if they ate from the tree He had forbidden them not to eat from.

The Stuff Angels Are Made of

At Hebrews 2:7 we are told …

You made them a little lower than the angels; you crowned them with glory and honor
and put everything under their feet.

At Hebrews 1:14, it is confirmed for us that angels are spirits.

Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

So, the question is, “Can we see spirits?”

At John 4:24, Jesus speaks of his Father in heaven as being Spirit.

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

The Apostle Paul tells us at Colossians 1:15 that God is invisible.

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Moses quotes The Most God as saying at Exodus 33:20

But,” he said, “you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live.”

We read at 1 Timothy 1:17 that God – who is Spirit – is invisible.

Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

Jesus Christ, The Son of God, The Word of God, the first-born of all creation attests at John 1:18 that no one has ever seen God. Why? Because he is invisible!

No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

It should be understood where God, Christ (now ascended and returned back to heaven where God’s Kingdom is), and angels live. In heaven. Flesh and blood cannot reside in that invisible realm. As stated at 1 Cor 15:50

I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.

And when God’s Kingdom one day comes down to the earth as Jesus indicated at Matthew 6:10 and as described as coming down to the earth adorned as a bride at Revelation 21-1-4, no flesh and blood human can reside on the earth either.

The Animals Came to Adam. Why?

At Genesis 2:18-21, we see how God brought the animals to Adam to see what he would call them. What a monumental task that must have been to observe all of the animals and study their habits and then give them names.

We know that most animals are naturally fearful of us and keep their distance unless provoked to protect themselves. So how was it possible for Adam to get up close to animals to observe everything about them? Even birds who fly. Birds whose nest are in trees or in high places such as mountains? The answer is clear: Adam was an invisible spirit. He was “naked” in the sense that he was invisible. The animals could not see him.

Adam Hides From God. Why?

An interesting story unfolds in Genesis where we see Adam and his wife hiding among the trees of the Garden when they hear God walking through the Garden during the cool of the day. Starting at Genesis 3:6-20

When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.

Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?”

He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”

And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”

They hid because they were ashamed. They disobeyed God and ate some of the fruit from The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Bad. Previous to eating they WERE NOT ashamed. (Genesis 2:25)

Also, they realized that they were naked. Naked in what sense? That they were invisible. Not made in the same manner as the things around them: Animals, birds, insects, and aquatic life all having flesh and not naked. Those things could be seen!

Given Garments of Flesh. Why?

AFTER, Adam and his wife at from The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Bad, it was then that they hid because they were naked (invisible). So, what does God do? Let’s read at Genesis 3:21

The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.

Think about this very carefully. Is this saying that God skinned and slaughtered animals to make clothes for Adam and his wife? No!

They were given skin! Flesh! The stuff you and I are covered with! Why?

To fulfill the sentence of death upon them and their offspring if they should eat from that tree! That they would die!

The garments they were given and we today have is what pushes us to our graves! This garment of skin is naturally corrupt. It decays. It gets diseased. It wrinkles up! It fulfills what must happen to all of us before we are given new bodies: Return to the elements from which we were taken, the earth. The sub-atomic and invisible elements. The garments of skin we are covered with fulfills Gods death pronouncement upon Adam and Eve and all of their offspring.

All Must Die

That flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s Kingdom strongly suggest that when it comes down to the earth there will be no visible flesh and blood people on earth when it does. There will be a different type of man. One created a little lower than the angels.

At John Chapter 3, Jesus was having a conversation with the wise Pharisee Nicodemus about being born again.

Jesus explained to Nicodemus that unless one is born-again he cannot see the kingdom of God. (John 3:3)

Nicodemus did not understand this born-again thing as many today do not. Nicodemus asks Jesus at John 3:4

How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”

Notice Jesus’ reply to him at John 3:5

Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.

It is interesting that Jesus mentions being born of water and spirit.

The born-again experience that Jesus was referring to here was the promised resurrection of all of the dead. That all would have to die, cast off the garment of skin decaying in the grave, and be born-again from the dead with new invisible spirit bodies! (John 5:28-29)

Out With The Old Natural Body and In With The New Spiritual To Come In The Future

At 1 Cor 15:42-44, we are told about two bodies: A natural one and a spiritual one. The natural body – which is a garment of skin – is corrupt and must perish away into non-existence. Then there is a spiritual body we all will receive, just like the ones Adam and Eve had when they were created.

So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

Notice how the receiving of this spiritual body is associated with the resurrection of the dead.

No, this is not some dying and floating up to heaven with an invisible spirit body. This occurs on earth in a distant time period more than 1000 years ahead of us.

Fact is, we must all must die and resurrected from the dead to receive this new body.

Please watch the video as I go into a little more detail.

No one of importance. A disciple (student) of Christ apart from the established religious systems who reasons, thinks and concludes matters for myself. Something is not right with the state of religion in the world. The real dichotomy is that we live in a world so full of religion, yet is an evil, immoral, and dangerous place to live. A mental and spiritual separation from this world that Jesus said his kingdom is no part of is the first step to a "break-through" to freedom and entry into a much larger spiritual world where God and Christ resides and the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of God can be accessed.
